Hello all! I am Deaf and have been duped into this vacation package as well. I am on fixed income, but had paid off for two adults and one child for this vacation package. I'd like to issue a full refund after seeing that it is a scam. I'd like to ask for Denise or Jennifer or someone to help me in getting my refund. I am kind of confused on whom or how to contact in getting my full refund. I also need help in typing a fax letter since my grammer is not so good. I need my full refund back so I can treat my daughter better before going on the trip and be duped into spending more money for whatever isn't covered. Please help me. I see that some people actually got refund back within a week or two, so I'd like the same to happen for me PLEASE!
