I was called by Versatalk and offered what started out as a vacation to Flordia and I gave them my bank information.
I did check my bank statement at first and saw no charges, then I noticed charges for 49.95 had been charged to my account. I first called the bank to have it removed.
Unforunately I did not check it before I noticed that they were charging me every month for a long distance service on my a family business phone that is not in my home that already has long distance.
I went to the bank the bank in person for them to reverse the charges back in May and they put it back on.
On July 28th. I went back to the bank and asked them to close my account they said they would only refund me back $150.00 and no more.
I would like to recieve all my money back as this was done under fradulent terms. The sales person I talked to yesterday was Christine.
Yesterday was the first time I was able to get through to a live person the other time it was all call automated.
