I got a phone call a about a trip and they said they were going to send me a packet of information. Then the lady asked if I wanted to join Versa Talk and I said "NO" I did receive the packet for the trip. About two or three weeks later I got a letter from my bank say I over drew my account $49.95 for charges made to Versa Talk.
They gave me a 800 number to call and see what was going on. When I called them I was given a cancellation code and an address. They told me to write them a letter stating that I canceled this account and I would like a refund of $49.95.
Yesterday I got that saame letter back say that that address doesn't exist. Now I am stuck I have no idea what to do. When I had called them they man I talked to said he had all of my information (add, ss#, phone#, everything). And my bank isnt helping me. I need help
