On August 23 I purchased (4) four Passages, (2) two cabins, from your agency and was to have received $25.00 per cabin "on-board" credits. I paid, in full, by credit card and received a PAID invoice dated August 24. I did NOT receive my credits. I found out later that ecruises did not pay for my cabins until September 13 at which time NCL said the promotion no longer applied.
I contacted Mr Michael Ripka, the manager at eCruises, and he said they would send me a check for $50.00.
They did not send it. Now they won't take my calls or respond in any way to either me or the BBB, with which I filed a complaint.
