In August I receive a phone from Centrix Resource System stated that my August payment of $300.00 was not receive, I gave the Customer Rep the MCN code which was from Western Union and I had pay in the amount of $300.0 0n August 21, they found the payment, and then the next day the call again, stating that I miss a payment one month behind about a year ago, my statement payoff are wrong every month, and it's show no payment credits and no balance several times,
I have gave them all receipt where I am not miss any monthly payments of, Centrix did it them self in September and I did not sign for that deferment. I had made a monthly payment in in September and October and November and they credit my November payment for September. But they did a deferment for September due to there error trying to make unauthorized debt of $320.00 and then again in October.
I have 6 more payment to go at $299.00 a month and at the end of payment, which is on my contract, is one payment on 6/27 @ 299.00, they stating I owe $ 4000 and the end of last payment, plus now 506.00 by the February 15 or they going to reposed my 2000 sephia kia. They claim that I was 30 day late 15 time, which I was never late over 30 days and my car was never in reposed before. They incorrect also about that.
My credit report is bad because they said I was 30 days late in July, August, April of which I have proof I was not late by my payments record from Western Union.
As of today they still harassment on my job and home stating I do not pay my car payment on time, and stress me out. And now the wrongful repossion my car, and I took them to court and they never appear, and now my car was sold by them. See them in court in January
