I was sitting here researching another Travel Company when after realizing that was a hoax (Ramada Plaza Resorts), I decided to do a search on a company that I paid about 1000.00 for a vacation package back on 05/28/01. I was told that the company went Bankrupted and I could not recieve any money back. I also called the Attorney General and was told the money I would give on a lawyer as a retainer would probably be the same amount I could win on a lawsuit. Therefore, Unfortunately I decided to take it as a expensive lesson learned. But... Now that I see five years later these people are still out here scamming people, I am furious. I refuse to let them get away with this. I will not stop until I am fully refunded my money. Anyone or any lawyers out their who would be willing to start a class action suit. Please contact me ASAP, I will do all the work. I just need some legal assistance as to how to get started. I just can not believe these people are still out here scamming people.
I am a teacher and I am on vacation until August, I will work night and day to do whatever it takes to put these people out of business, finally... And everyday after August, if it takes that long.
