Unfortunately for me, I too was suckered into this scam. Everything that you complained about, I experienced so I know what you guys are talking about and would not repeat it. However, here's how I got my money back.
1) Filed an online complaint to the Florida Attorney General at his website.
2) Filed an online complaint to the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.
3) Informed Ramada through email, their online comments form and left a message over the phone telling them of the actions I have taken.

Within a month, I got a letter from the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services saying that they were working on my case. A month after that, all funds were given back to me. I saw it on my credit card. I didn't even have to deal with Ramada. The Florida government agencies basically took care of everything. You just have to be patient because processing may take 60-90 days. Well, good luck!
