I fell into thier trap and took the offer not knowing how much this was going to effect me later.
I got a letter from them and called them right away and closed my account and only to find out that they have already taken the money out of my account.
The lady on the phone had asked if I received the package and told her no. She then said "well you had only 7 days to cancel and now your account has been charged".
I was never told about the $149 charge if that was mentioned I would not have gone further.
The lady kept on repeating this is a free vacation that required no obligation and I could cancel at anytime.
This turned out to be a bunch of crap and can't seemed to get my money back. They took $149 out of my account twice so now I have to close my checking account so that they don't take any more.
I have called them many times and can't speak to a customer service rep all I get is some guy taking my name and number and someone will give you call back in an hour.
I still have not gotten this phone call. I have sent them a letter stating I have closed my account and would like my $149 refunded back to my account.
I saved a copy of the letter for my file. I don't know what else to do. Don't ever give your information over the phone. Just hang up!
