I would like to add my story to that of those already submitted. I echo their reports. I purchased the promotion through a local high school and assumed them to be reputable since they are local to my area. I submitted my request within the 40 day period and they returned in to me saying I was NOT within the time requested (when in fact... I was!). The company did nothing but send a letter stating I was screwed and could no longer redeem my certificate. Encenta does everything it can to let your certificate exprie with a bucket of excuses why it never went through. They do not attempt to assit in your positive experience, only with taking your money. Encenta is a joke of a company.
To all your rebuttals Michael, bottom line is your company is greasy. If you do not have satisfied customers shouting wonderful praises about your products and service then all you really have is a crummy product and no demand for it.
This is the age of customer satisfaction, if you aren't willing to provide that you are in for negative word of mouth adverstising, which happens to be the best referral system in marketing today.
If you are planning to have any association with Encenta Promotions may all these reports be a clue that this company is in fact a RIP OFF!
