I am presently working for Marriott KCI. The Mariott Company is Awesome! The salary isn't too hot but the benefits are great, however the sepcific hotel i work for is horrible!
The management is ridicouous! I wouldnt even call it management! One of the managers who I work for is sleeping around with one of the cooks! Our GM has had many complants about them flirting and some associates have even CAUGHT them in the act!
They will go in our Banquet Rooms but yet she's still working there as a manager??? My other manager is a pysco! She throws trays in the kitchen and even kicked out one our waitresses out of the kitchen! A waitress HAS to be able to go in the kitchen! Shes Crazy!
I would never recommend applying for Marriott KCI! Although I DO recommend staying there! We are presently re-doing all of our hotel rooms! They are very nice!
