Please be informed about fals selling practice, advertising and cheating of the Marriott vacation package.
I booked a vacation package which include the hotel, car and flight and the specification of the room that i booked has a private whirlpool fits 2 and when i arrived at the hotel i found out the room has no whirlpool although i pay extra money for that option so i spook with Marriott rep and the hotel manager and both of them are blaming each other, the Marriott rep is saying it was the hotel false cause they provide false information and picture and the hotel manager is telling me speak with Marriott rep, you purchase the products from them so go and sue them.
