Since last 7+ months Etihad Airlines has not settled my claim. The total damages caused by the International Carrier Etihaad Airlines is close to USD 2500. They finally agreed for USD 675 but till now they have denied to process the claim. There has been exchange of emails along with all the evidences/proof/bills produced.
But they are not bothered to respond. The later they respond after serveral weeks to state that all their system crashed and lost all the emails.
How to deal with them and get my claim processed.
