Complaint against Hainan Airlines

I was a Passenger to take Hainan airline from China to settle USA On April 9, When I claimed my luggage in the Seattle airport and found the two luggage trunks were so broken, one of them even cannot be used any more, after opened them and found our stuff inside were broken and damaged too, then We looked for Hainan staffs, but could not find them and also their counters were closed, several staffs working in airport told us Hainan airlines staffs left already, the only way to contact with them is via phone, So We took photos for my broken trunks and broken or damages stuffs inside as evidences, also let witness wrote the witness statement letter for me.
Later, I contacted with Hainan airlines staff —Xiang Min Fu, She admitted Hainan airlines damaged my trunks and stuff, also admitted their staffs were not there when we were looking for them, She said they would give me $50 dollars as compensation, my totally lost is more than $ so I told her if she think $50 could cover my lost, please use the $50 to buy all my broken and damaged stuff and mail them to me, then She began to play games and used different lies and excuses to refuse and delay to handle with the problem which I have all the emails and other evidences between us to proof that (She also lied her legal name is Amy Fu which is not, Hainan China office told me Her legal name is Xiang Min Fu). Since then, my nightmare complain to Hainan airline began, I was pushed around by Hainan airlines difference excuses, lies and games for more than 6 months and nothing resolved, for example, Later they lied their staff were there when I looked for them, but when I asked their evidence to proof that, they did not give me any answer. They also used this excuse that my evidences cannot proof they damaged my stuff and asked me offer more evidences in order to deny the truth of they damaged my stuff (they had already admitted they did damaged my stuff in several emails) since I turned down their $50 compensation for my more than $2000 lost, when I asked them why they said my evidences can not proof they damaged my stuff and what else evidences they need, but they did not give me any answers for more than 6 months and pretended to be died.
I have been extremely frustrated and Exhausted during complain to Hainan airline, They do not care passenger and their lost at all, In order to avoid compensate for passenger' real lost caused by them, They worked very hard to deny the truth and play games, They used different lies, excuses and games to push me around for more than 6 months and resolve nothing, There is hopeless to count on Hainan airline to resolve my complaint honestly, seriously and fairly. So I have to complain on the website.

I have all the evidences, including photos of my broken stuff, witness and more than 50 emails with Hainan airlines to proof what I said.
