I booked a flight for one of my employees from Taiwan and within 24 hours my employee notified me that I forgot to put an " i " in her middle name. Boy because of a simple Typo error I got a big run around. Cheapoair refused to make the change and told me to contact the airline and the airline told me to fax them a copy of her passport to confirm, which I did. Next day phoned Cheapoair back to check the status and I was told that the airline denied the change and I phoned the airline and they told me that they have changed it internally on their side, But it was upto Cheapoair to re issue a new ticket. Again Cheapoair kept saying that the airline denied it and the Airline said that they did not deny anything that it is up to the ticket issuer to issue a ticket. After being on the phone for hours and hours for 4 days, I finally gave up and I settled for a partial refund and lost over $400 and re booked my ticket with a different agency as now they wanted $200 more for the same flight which Cheapoair was telling me that all flights were sold out and I was telling the girl on the phone that I was on their website and the price was the same. I was so fed up that I didn't want to deal with Cheapoair anymore and went some where elses instead!
