Name: anonymous, but I was scheduled to leave from Montreal to Ottawa on Monday 13 January at 8:00 am. The incident happened when my girlfriend apparently went on the bus to collect a document she needed for her departure, when the bus driver approached her, raised his hand and pushed my girlfriend off the bus... I am kindly asking management to look into this situation because booking a ticket on Greyhound again would not be an option for me...
