Our horror nightmare started when Blue Panorama stop flighing from italy to Nicaragua in October last year, so I bought a air ticket with ORBITZ record locator PBORB85/287/91484 and paid $1521.69 from Nicaragua to Kiev Ukraine for my partner te get back home. We show up at the airport on time, but to find out my girlfriend cannot travel because of a visa transit needed for a stop over in Miami, we were told that we lost our ticket Managua-Miami but we can claim back the leg Miami-London-Kiev which was run by British Airways. I did call back over 3 days sometimes over 3 hours at the time on the phone and I was past on from one operator to the other, and the end they agree to refund $1071.00 which they said I have to claim this money back from British Airways and have to wait for 4-6 weeks. So we were force to buy another ticket with ORBITZ for $888.94 which bypass the US. Managua - Panama-Ger-kiev. I did call British Airways when I got back home to Perth Australia, they tell my that there is not record of that booking, to call ORBITZ they because they took my money from credit card so they will refund the $1070... That was Janaury 13.. I did call Orbitz over and over they said to call BA... So not one have the $1070 and I still waiting... By the way Blue Panorama were VERY HONEST and refund 50% of the fare 4 weeks later... PLease can some one help me get my money back... And please never book or deal with orbitz
