I booked a flight 2 months ago they claimed they canceled my flight and issued a refund recieved no notification of this or a refund agent and supervisor was both rude and unhelpful lied over the phone saying the flight was canceled while I was at the ticket counter the agent at the desk confirmed that the flight wasn't cancel. Crooked company completely messed up my vacation.
