Vacation gone bad

I booked my entire vacation to Hawaii thru Travelocity and every thing was going ok, but 2 days into our vacation the airline that we were flying (ATA) went bankrupt. I called travelocity and talked to George and he told me that he booked a new flight for us to go home from our vacation and we just had to show up at the airport and every thing was all taken care of.
Well when we got to the airport and tried to check in for our flight home the airlines told us the flight was booked by Travelocity but no agreement had been signed yet to take care of the cost so the ticket agent called Travelocity and tried to get everything cleared up for us and she put us on the phone with Rachael from Travelocity who told me that I could do one of 2 things either pay for the flight that was booked or stay in Hawaii for 2 more weeks and then they could get us another flight, she told me that if we payed that night for the flight that we would be given a full refund after submiting all receipts when we got back home. This all took place on April 6 and I submitted all the receipts as told and have still never received any refund for the flight we payed for that night ($3,100.40) or even the flight we paid for with the first backrupt airline.

I have e-mailed several times and called several times and get the same answer they are looking into it.
I was lied to by several people who were representing Travelocity and I urge anyone thinking of using there services to think again.
