I tried ordering an item but unfortunately my card was declined... Lack of funds on my debit card. Later in the day I replenished the debit account. The next day I ordered the item successfully. Then lo and behold I saw that my credit card was charged the day before... While I was offline and did not authorize. I emailed Grouon immediately with no response... Now they are hiding under the no refund after seven day policy.
I am filing a complaint with NJ DCA and also with the local authorities for fraud charges.
