Expedia stated they would refund me my hotel fee,
yet they Never have. I followed through with their
policies and still haven't seen a cent! Contacted
hotel for assistance, even the Manager Jon Bercume
he said he would give me my $ but Expedia has too
since I booked trip with them. I have spent more
time on hold listening to Expedia music & then get disconnected
waiting for Supervisor. It's a SCAM!!! Need Better Business
Bureau to get involved!!!
