I have never in my life experienced something so unbelievable! Honestly! I was trying to book my wedding and honeymoon in St. Lucia at a Sandals which the tickets are non refundable. I typed in Delta Airlines on my google phone and the number that popped up so I thought. Even the web address said deltaflights.com next to the number. They never corrected me once that they weren't delta. I say this because i mentioned to them how i was having trouble booking on the Delta website. It took forever to give them all my info due to the language barrier. Once booked they sent me an email while i was on the phone saying i needed to say that it was ok? Im like that is weird. So i get the email and the ticket price $1800 plus was for 150 more than the price on the delta site which again they didn't correct me in them not being delta. They also charged a 4percent fee on top of it all for using my credit card! Long story short they ended up billing my credit card for 1680 the original price of the ticket from delta plus another 1200. Didnt stop there! Was also a charge for 400 and then another one for 190 or so! Immediately i called the bank and Delta! Check this out it gets better. Delta showed my ticket had been VOIDED! Those people had 3500 in charges on my card and voided my ticket! If it was not for reading the reviews on sites like this i never would have looked into it deeper, but i had a funny feeling by their unprofessionalism, hanging up on me, and how it all went down to check. Do your research people and not only on this blog site. Ive been to numerous sites and ive only seen a few good reviews and i mean it... Just a handful... And they seemed staged. This many people having the same issues is straight up bullshit. They literally almost ruined the most important day of my life like they have done so many others ive read about and tried to rob me. Now my credit card is shut down and i can no longer continue making and paying for plans out of the country. I am personally going to the police station tomorrow morning as per request of Delta themselves. Time someone shuts all this down and i recorded every conversation I had with Globester, Delta, and the bank. Oh by the way I have yet to receive a phone call back from Globester about why they overbilled my card by 2500 and voided my ticket. The Delta lady herself had to get her supervisors involved and they all stated several times they had never seen anything like this. Delta Airlines by the way was very helpful in rebooking my ticket in this time of stress. Thank the Lord I caught the charges while they were still pending. I rebooked thru the real Delta airlines and informed them of what went on so everything should work out. I feel so sorry for the people these foreign scammers got. If you go to the Globester site and look at the bottom of their emails you will notice anyone can be a Globester rep and earn up to $5* per ticket sale they make. Its not even a real company is what that tell me. Im just giving out all my financial info to random strangers in a basement somewhere. And look what it got me. Literally robbed! It just occurred to me to call the better business bureau as well. Honestly ive never wrote a review in my life and probably only typed this much a few times. These people did me so wrong i felt compelled to share with the world to NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! Or should i say random criminals in a basement. Odds are though that if you are reading this they got you too or you wouldn't be here reading these reviews. Good luck to all!
