Spent hours on phone with customer service. They finally agreed that I should get a $50 credit for which I would receive an email. Did not receive so called back using locater number. Told by different "supervisor" that I did not qualify for some "made-up" reason. They do not guarantee the lowest price! I bought 3 tickets for the same flight on their site. One was $50 higher than the others. According to them, someone else had to buy the lower priced ticket. What a bunch of bull!
