I have been trying to obtain a refund for a booking that my mother originally made while in China, she was severely poisoned and almost lost her life while in Shanghai.
I am extremely disappointed with the lack of correspondence from your customer care team as for some reason the replies have certainly stopped.
I have just now found your post online (I am now back in London) and have attached the correspondence from Marriot City Wall (Beijing) and a certificate from the Hospital, I hope the information provided is sufficient and since Marriot agreed to fully refund Otel.com in this unfortunate instance I expect Otel.com to follow suit and provide my mother Fernanda Maria Mendes Gomes with the refund for the original booking.
