Refused to fix their mistake! - Orbitz.com

Currently been on the phone for over 3hours with Orbitz reps. (5-6different reps alread). Orbitz changed the flight schedule and no where in part was in the airline that changed. Airline confirmed neither them nor myself changed it and it was Orbitz manual change. Every time I called I had to explain again, why? Because they would say hold and disconnect and never call back! Now I'm on hold again. Gave me options saying they are trying to work with me. Option 1, refund. 2. Book at different time. Neither option worked as I told them over and over because I needed to be at my destination to attend a graduation. Didnt even bother to offer me a ticket, pay difference, or get me a flight with another airline! Kept arguing saying that they gave me great options and trying work with me. What options?! Options that work for them and save them money. If you make a mistake then fix it! I am extremely frustrated and can't do anything about it. If I had money then yea, I will book a one way ticket for 5-8hundred dollar ticket!
