Charged credit card without booking booking the ticket online

I tried to book my ticket through orbitz website on on the flight, Airtran airways. When i clicked on submit, the website said "sorry for the inconvenience, there's a problem in the server", yet they charged my credit card with the Orbitz booking fee as well... Can i have my money back please and have some better reply messages
