Virgin Atlantic verified Orbitz.com has double booked my tickets and the booking was out of order. Now I can't access my booking on the Virgin-Atlantic website because of the mess up. Orbitz cust service denies a double booking.
I'm sure Virgin-Atlantic is not making this up. Orbitz would probably have to re-issue tickets. It seems this is beyond Orbitz cust service ability or willingness to fix. This is not something I should have to worry about.
