Beware carefully worded promises - Expedia promises one thing, hotel provides another. When you check with hotel - they tell you that this is a common problem with bookings from Expedia. Expedia rep - practically laughed at me. So despite paying more through Expedia because it included features, I got less. Booking direct with the hotel would have been much cheaper. Rep put on hold for nearly an hour while he consulted his supervisor, wouldn't give his name - The supervisor eventually told me it was Moe. Moe was a shmoe and did everything to discourage me from ever using or recommending Expedia. Avoid, avoid, avoid!
