Yesterday I asked my husband to book Byron Explorer Day Tour (from Brisbane) for my birthday on April 11.
A booking manager sold him 2 tickets to Byron Bay (one way) instead of the tour.
When my husband called again to the manager to check which purchase he had, he was told that he could not cancel the tickets paid by credit card.
Yesterday and today I tried to send my enquiry using "Contact us" form on their site. But it didn't work. And they don't have any email addresses on their site. Seems that they aren't interested in customer service at all.
