Worthless customer service - Flight

Spent over an two hours dealing with Customer Service (all of it but 8 min on hold). Calling 3 times, because they hung up on my once, and transfered me to CheapTicket.com the next. Finally got someone who spoke english well, the first 2 people had very THICK spanish accents and I couldnt understand them. I was calling because they gave 2 Random Seats on 2 different flight (for my wife and I) despite booking both tickets together. I expect to be given 2 seats next to each other, or be told about it before hand. They told me they had no way of changing it, only that they could pass a not on to US Airways and see what they could do, or I could call US Airways myself. So I did.US Airways picked up the phone, from machine pick up to person, within 2 min. They were easy to understand, and helpful. Told me that they were just the sellers of the ticket and that I really needed to go to United (the operator). So I called United, and again they picked up with a 2 min. This time they were India, but could speak english much better than Orbitz CSR. I told him what Orbitz had done with our seats, and what it was I wanted, and he said No Problem.in less then 5 min I was off the phone with confirmed seats exactly like I wanted. Took 2.5 hours to do this with orbitz. If I had gone to United directly this would have been a 5 min problem.
