This was for a trip overseas. I called to verify the number of check in bags I am allowed to check-in without paying. They informed me I can have up to 2 without charge since it is overseas travel. I asked them to verify it and verify it again and again. 2 free luggage are allowed without charge. At the airport they charged me $100. The policy was only one free. I fought and fought and I finally payed the $100. I called orbitz and they acknowledged their mistake (since it was written in the system). They promised to give me a voucher for $50 only. This was back on Feb 14. Till today I have not seen this voucher and I called many times and now they till me they cannot find my record in the system. No more orbitz business with shitty company.
