I have had a really good customer service experience with this company (a rare experience!). I accidentally booked a flight for the wrong time once, and the customer service representative helped me fix the problem immediately at no extra cost. I was so certain that I would be locked into the most inconvenient flight time because of my error and the fact that I didn't purchase flight insurance, but the customer service was great! Cheapo air always follows up on fights as well to make sure everything went ok. I am a loyal customer now.
