I have been using CheapoAir for almost a year. I get great deals on air flights, email alerts on special fairs, and best of all, I get great customer service. If there is a change of times in a booked flight, I get a personal phone call from a CheapoAir representative. If I make an error in online booking, I get a personal call from a CheapoAir representative and he/she help me correct my error I can't say enough about the stellar customer service I have consistently received.
