I had a very pleasant experience with Cheapoair.initally I was bothered that the telephone agent hadnt offered my the most direct flight when I booked over the phone. I sent an email request to their customer service and received a phone call within an hour. They were very helpful and nice and changed the flight to the one that I wanted but wasnt initally offered. I was just required to pay the differance in fare. Kaiser went an extra mile to do more research into the database to make sure there was nothing else that was better priced or more direct. Even from the first time I called, there customer service is great. I will definitely be using them for my future travel needs. They have great prices too!
