I booked a flight for my husband and myself on Cheapoair.com. When booking the flight the computer changed the dates to April instead of July. I did not notice the change until receiving my itinerary. The "customer service" rep barely spoke english and said there was nothing they could do. No refund, no changes. I'm not sure if it was an error on my end or theirs, but no attempt was made to correct the situation.
