Britannia Dirty Hampstead Hotel London

I recently had the misfortune of staying at this awful hotel firstly the receptionist i met covered up my booking form and was trying to charge me more money that i had been quoted. I then asked to speak to the duty manager again he covered over the booking form and was trying to get more cash off me. I said no i am doing that i was booked in for two nights stay and i paid for one. They wanted cash payments which i think is very strange in this day and age. Yes i always carry large amounts of cash around with me on business trips i think not. I had paid for an executive suite which they claimed was the best room in the Hotel if that was the best i hate to see the worst. The room was very run down until i went into the bathroom i have never seen such a dirty bathroom in my life the sink was heavly stained yuk. Their were hairs in the bath sticky marks on the toilet seat. And hairs on the side of the sink and some pink blobs on the side of the sink? The bathroom tiled floor was filthy and bits of plastic were on the floor to. The towels were filthy to. I went down to reception and asked that my room be cleaned. I then went out and when i got back to the room it still was unclean. I then had to start cleaning the bathroom myself what a disgrace this hotel is.in the morning i called the revenues manager at the Head office he was rude when i spoke to him and slammed the phone down on me. When i got home i e-mailed the hotel manager mr singh and he said that he had personally cleaned that room with his house keeper yeah right. And that he would block my id if i e-mailed him again. I then e-mailed miss downey the chief executive who is a real joke. She said give me your number and i will call you back. She did and she was rude and spoke all over me. And called me a bully three times over the phone what a joker. And she said e-mail any one again and i will block your id sure enough she did. I then text the revenue manager and later i was called by the police and the police stated if you text again you will be in trouble.
