In September My wife & I purchased 2 round trip tickets from Phoenix to New York for approx. $700. A week before we were to leave we had a unexpected death in the family. I called Orbitz and explained they offered me a future credit to be used within one year.
Well, I just called to make a reservation from Phoenix to Las Vegas. They were going to charge me $300 in cancelation fees and the new ticket prices. They wanted almost $700. A normal ticket from Phoenix to Las Vegas roundtrip is only $300.00.
Basically, they STOLE my original $700.00.
