I booked a multi-carrier round-trip. When I continued to checkout, the "total" was the quoted price and included "all fees and taxes". When I checked my bank statement, there were two charges. One for the tickets and the other for non-disclosed fees by Orbitz. When I called I was told there are fees for online booking (how else do you do it?) and for multiple carriers. I can understand that they feel deserving of the extra charges, but it is disingenuous to sneak them in without disclosure. I don't like doing business that way and I will not do it with Orbitz again.
