I tried to make an reservation with orbitz online. I had entered my credit card information and the transaction was processing when I received a message saying the it was unable to complete the transaction and to try again later. I noticed that the airline had submitted a pending charge to my credit card company so I emailed orbitz customer service. They told me it would drop off in a few days. The charge ended up going through and posted on my account. I called customer service and they verified that I did not have reservations. The customer service agent called my bank but was unable to do anything. I will have to dispute the charge. Do not use orbitz they stole my money.
