The driver showed up half an hour late, but insisted he was on time when people complained. Then, he told me there wasn't any room in the van for me. They overbooked the trip and basically told me I'd have to live with it. When I sent an email requesting a refund, they ignored me. Please don't bother with these unprofessional people.
