Booked my shuttle 1 month ahead. Checked in reservation 1 week ahead. Confirmed day of. Got there 15 min prior to reservation... Waited and waited. Called They said that he's running a little late. He should be here in 30 min. Waited 30 called again. Now I wait supposedly will be picked up at 6. Reservation was 4:30. Driver called. We'll see if I get picked up. Very unprofessional I should have gotten a call if they were going to be late. Unreliable!
