I booked a car for rental in Cabo with Airportrentalcars.com. It was confirmed both when I placed the booking and again a few days before I left. The reservation was made through Airportrentalcars.com. When we arrived at the advantage/hertz counter there was no car for us. We had booked a car at $180.00 and were told they could give us one for $600.00. They finally took us to another company who got us a car for $500.00. We were stuck and had no choice at this point. On our return we contacted Airportrentalcars.com who told us they could not help and that I needed to contact their partner. I booked though them and they confirmed. If they are not able to honor a reservation they made and are not prepared to contact the party they made it with, why are they making the reservation and taking no responsibility? I would never use them again
