Qantas Holidays Receives '0' For Customer Service - Discover Travel & Tours

Qantas Holidays are far from being a 'service' company. I refuse to give them even 1/10 for customer service.
My reasons:-
- I (via my Travel Agent) have been told at least 3 'untruths' regarding accommodation vouchers for use in United Kingdom. These 'untruths' are either blatant lies, incompetency or laziness of the staff involved. Perhaps all 3.
- Various 'promises' they have made have been completely forgotten or disregarded.
- Qantas Holidays have been contacted on my behalf by my Travel Agent and the WA Department of Consumer Protection, I have also personally contacted them (by mail and e-mail) on at least 4 occasions over the last 8-9 months. I have yet to receive even an acknowledgement from Qantas Holidays.
I would like to acknowledge the following:-
- I have received a partial refund as a result of my complaint (and 6 months after my claim). This was received via my travel agent and did not include an explanation.
- As a direct result of a complaint, I received a e-mail message offering to attempt to resolve the problem. I replied immediately (approximately 3 weeks ago). To date, I have again yet to see any result.
- As far as I'm aware, Discover Travel and Tours are in no way responsible. I apologise for any implication that they are.
Needless to say, I will be recommending to all, not to have dealings with this company.
