Journey with Qantas on 29 May - 9 Jul-09. Have created a thru Qantas site but since no solution. Your team are unable to provide the right data, occurred us coming without our baggage since qantas team did not do their work and same task with returning that they neglect to place our luggages within the trip so we'd togo home again without any luggages. It's horrible and that I am ashame to be an associate of Qantas frequent flyers. To top it-they forgot my vegetarian foods that we particularly called couple weeks before and established it beforehand. What type of flight is that this who cannot provide correct support and there's no payment in anyway. I'm so ashamed by this flight!
