I was also unable to use my credit card with Cheapclouds, so was asked to Wewstern Union the money to someone in Europe. I explained that i would have no protection if I couldn't use my credit card and they said they would go ahead and issue the ticket in my daughter's name before I sent the payment. I verified this with Qantas two times before sending in the money and once after sending in the money.
I even had the E-ticket emailed to me and not just the info from Cheapclouds. I also had our email address enetered into Qantas' data base. A month later Qantas even emailed me telling me of a schedule change. I was also assured by Qantas that the ticket could not be cancelled by anyone except Jennifer since that is who the E-ticket was for.
I am looking for a group law-suit and would like to know if anyone is interested. Qantas does have the Cheapclouds credit card holders' name and credit card info.
