First and last trip with Travelocity

Do not book with travelocity! I cannot believe they are in business! I booked a multi-destination flight on November 7th for my daughter to travel in South America in January. Everything seemed fine until I received an email from Travelocity on 11/18 that one of her flights had changed. I called and the issue was taken care of, or so I thought. I was told that I would receive an email of her new itinerary. When I did not receive an email I called the next day, Monday 11/19 to find out why. I was then told that her other flight had been cancelled. Why wasn't I notified of that? I had to call to find out. I was told by that agent that I would receive a call in 48-72 hours with new flight information. When 5 DAYS had passed with NO PHONE CALL I called on Friday, 11/23. I was told by that agent the the offices of the airlines have been closed so nothing had happened. So you are telling me that the business offices of the airlines have been closed all last week? ARe you kidding me? And then no one called anyway! I was then told on Friday that I would receive a call within 48 hours with information. I did receive a call yesterday, 11/25, telling me that THE OFFICES ARE CLOSED SO NOTHING HAPPENED! I was told that I would receive a call within 24 hours with information. I did not receive a call. I had to call today, 11/26, and guess what: nothing has been done because the airlines offices are closed! I have never, ever had such terrible customer service. I can look on their website and there are other flights available. As it stands right now, the itinerary is worthless because it strands my daughter in Cuzco, Peru. Since you have not rebooked her flight out of Cuzco, the rest of her itinerary is completely and utterly worthless. I have been sitting on hold for 45 minutes while they are looking for a supervisor to talk to about this issue. I cannot believe that an entire week has gone by with NOTHING DONE! I do not think it is asking too much to get a flight booked for my daughter so that she is not stranded in a foreign country. Is this how Travelocity does business?
