Illing/cuttingn off my calls saying my plan doesnt permit it

I've unlimited calling... 50.00 month... Prepay charge card automated... in the centre of the private discussion they'll stop my phone and state my strategy doesn't allow me to carry on... I can't keep in touch with customer support merely a prompt that leads me nowhere... in the shop they lay and provide me a lot of double-talk and gobily goop
