Every single month, when attempting to purchase more moments and communications, I'm struggling with Virgin Mobile's site: it'll not recognize cost, or won't let me do something or another. I even have been overcharged. Should you contact them by telephone, you've to cope with silly, countless selections, noisy audio, bad link. I will withstand this once in some time but I've arrived at fear the regular contract after I need to offer all over again with that terrible organization. I'd have quit sometime ago but I purchased this telephone which CAn't be combined with another organization.By all means, avoid Virgin Mobile.
