Don’t get it done!!! Leave & be glad you did

DoN't purchase the ideas & don't purchase the telephones

After I triggered the telephones (online) I required OUR aged AT&T quantity on OUR phone and my spouseis aged AT&T quantity on THEIR telephone. The paper-work I published off the web service was appropriate.

Once they sent me the telephones THEY place my amount on THEIR phone and THEIR quantity on OUR telephone. Our telephone wouldn't work. I named THEM to obtain my telephone to function. THEY directed me a brand new sim-card for my telephone. After I received it I mounted the brand new sim-card and also the telephone worked. NEVERTHELESS, THEY nevertheless didn't correct the telephone numbers. After which the exact same evening my partners telephone quit functioning. It read "unregistered sim".

After SEVERAL (7) telephone calls TOGETHER... THEY delivered us a brand new sim-card for THEIR telephone. I also informed THEM to depart the (screwed-up) figures how they were.

We received the brand new simcard. I named to obtain his telephone operating. Following a prolonged telephone call she got the telephone operating. BUT five minutes after holding up using the tech-support I observed THEY'D transformed his variety... To your different number. I called back and waited on-hold for ANOTHER 15-20 minutes. After I got a technology repetition and we went over ANYTHING (I am talking about ANYTHING) AGAIN. She stated they'd need to send ANOTHER simcard. I informed her I needed a reimbursement... She said "Please, store and that I may move one to the reimbursement division." After being informed that I'd need to be on-hold AGAIN for fifteen minutes... I hungup.

After 6 times I settled down. I decided the telephones were working. There is NEVER something wrong using the telephones! The setup wasn’t just how I needed it but let’s move ahead.in this whole period I NEVER might access the web and my texts were returning through as movie in the place of wording therefore I was not able to start them. Ok…. Let’s contact the techsupport AGAIN and obtain this fixed. Long story short…. The technology were able to create my telephone TOTALLY INOPERABLE. The final words he explained “Please change your telephone down for 4-5 hours, where period the rules we joined will require effect.” It NEVER occurred. The following day my spouse and that I went towards the US Mobile shop, closed a-2 year agreement & got new telephones. Amy, t / US Mobile, is just a stunning lady who had been exceptionally useful and enjoyable to talk (clear language) with. We're currently spending $40 additional monthly to possess reassurance, consult with a US Resident and realize that we are able to get see Amy anytime you want to.

STRAIGHTTALK is difficult to work well with. CUSTOMER SUPPORT??? Truly??? Is the fact that THE THINGS THEY contact that??? We invested (7) months, numerous (10-12) telephone calls, countless hours and HOURS looking to get anything solved. Our individuals are eliminated. It’s too late to obtain a reimbursement about the telephones. Though I believe I’ll deliver them back anyhow. They won’t maintain exactly the same situation … but atleast they’ll ask them to back and that I won’t need to take a look at them anymore.
