Did not subscribe to this product but charged through AT&T

I did not subscribe to whatever service this is, I don't even know but I was charged through AT&T $9.99 for six months before realizing it since my bill is paid automatically. AT&T agreed to credit three months of this so I am out $29.97 for nothing.
