Billed for services did not request

I was charged three consecutive months on my credit card for a shoppers advantage discount service which i did not subscribe to. When contacted, I was told they had received a "check off" on a check coupon from me for this service. They did agree to reverse the last months charges and cancel future charges. I still had to pay for two months that I did not subscribe to.
